Felicia Bailey started C&C Lawn Service Care and Landscaping as a part-time weekend business in 1991 while working full-time. Her father's interest as a grounds worker for the Western Hill Country Club golf course sparked Ms. Bailey to pursue the lawn care and landscaping industry. Since 2018, Bailey has taken the business to the next level converting the Sole-Proprietorship to a Limited Liability Company.

Bailey, Owner and Chief Landscaper, has been involved in landscaping for over 11 years and is managing the day-to-day details of the company. Her strengths include all areas of lawn care detail. The rigorous training she received from on-the-job training in safety guidelines from her prior employer for over 28 years has carried over into C&C Lawn Service Care, LLC.

The company ensures that its staff is responsible and in the appropriate protective gear to ensure the safety of its employees and to maintain safety compliance as a subcontractor.

In addition to the long-term residential clients, C&C Lawn Service Care, LLC continues to build new relationships with families and businesses throughout Arkansas.
